I stepped up my home baking during lockdown and started to make celebration drip cakes, I followed some baking pages on instagram and found finch bakery. I live in Ireland so I buy the finch bakery piping nozzles and scrapers but I post them to a family in the uk so they post the onto me.

As well as all the tips and tricks and easy to understand methods and instructions this book has all the bakes you want in one place, don’t ponder, just buy it, you won’t regret it honestly! The cinnamon swirls are to die for and guess what actually taste like shop bought fresh bakes. I'm a hobby Baker, and I will be trying every one of these recipes for sure! I was so impressed by it that I bought a second one for my sister.

Thank you finch girls, for sharing so much knowledge within this book, it's fantastic. I love the variety of recipes it has and the combination of flavors. Finch bakery have smashed it out the park here, its one thing to bake as well as they do, but to have the amazing social media presence they have and now to follow it with this beauty of a book shows how hard these girls have worked produce such a gorgeous book.

This book blows my mind it’s so packed with amazing recipes and techniques too. They have many tips and tricks in the beginning to help you along the way. I've been to the shop a few times (60 miles round trip so worth it) and had my own cake shop before covid so now I just bake for fun and am so happy to have this book.
