After six months with the processor, I can say it's a very good CPU, especially when paired with a good graphics card, and one I do not regret buying! 9GHz with AMD's Adrenalin software, and when paired with a good water cooler, it rarely reaches 90 C. AMD outdoes their self with price-performance ratio being the best in the market. Would recomend the Ryzen 5, if youve got the money.

But keep in mind you need a gpu that wouldnt bottleneck the cpu for it to perform well so please dont say the cpu is bad when you run a gtx 1060 with it😂. It’s better price for performance however I just had an extra £80 that I didnt mind adding thats why i chose the 7700x for slightly faster boost speeds and the extra cores and threads. I think this cpu is great, has good performance, can handle high temps up to 95c max with no performance differences, (used air cooler for a week temporarily) it ran fine. Literally the queen and I don’t think anyone will dispute this fact, get it if gaming is your main focus, it doesn’t even bottleneck a 4090 so you’ll have a good upgrade path with this, even on programmes that aren’t games it still runs well but there are definitely better options if gaming is not your focus in my opinion.

Good cpu for pretty much anything you'll do on it like Video editing, streaming and especially gaming because it has the 3d vcashe technology in it. Depending on your budget, id get the Ryzen 5 7600/x.
