- The Ladybug should always be worn inside a bra to keep it secure.
- Pull out the plug from the outlet and pour the milk from the outlet into a container before storing.
- Press to your breast and release to create gentle suction and begin collecting let-down.
- Centre the opening (e) over your nipple and gently press down on the back of the Ladybug.
- Remove the Ladybug regularly to store your breast milk in line with your country’s safe breast milk storage guidelines.
- Ensure the plug (a) is pushed into the outlet (b).

Side note: CDC hasn’t officially supported the practice of pouring body temp milk into a container of refrigerated milk. It has to have a small suction for it to be able to create a seal around your nipple and catch the milk.

I obviously fasten the strap more just to make sure my precious liquid gold doesn't decide to fall off. Drying time for me personally is not that long. Crazy how much milk would have been wasted. Cleaning is entirely way too easy.

The instructions it come with explain how to properly place them and once you buy it and use it you'll understand the suction people talk about. I keep them in my breastfeeding basket next to my recliner and use them all day.

I love the comfortable feel of the Hakaa milk savers and the little hole with a cap at the top for pouring is genius. As it is not recommended to pump for the first month of breast-feeding, I did not want to use the Haakaa manual pump I have. Easy to put on and wear. I bought this product to use on my free boob while breastfeeding and I have managed to make my freezer supply without really pumping at all.

The media could not be loaded. It is something that when you use it you want other people to know how great it is! The plug is easy to plug and unplug. I wear my portable electric pumps in public as well.

Pour freshly collected milk into container and refrigerate. I’ve found pouring from larger opening instead of the smaller opening (on the top with a stopper) leaves less milk residue in the ladybug. I put mine on the Boon Drying Twig for the Boon lawn drying rack. When refrigerated collection jar is full, I transfer the milk to a lasinoh milk bag and freeze.
