I watched lots of videos where people suggested vinegar, lemon juice ,coke etc. I don't know they weren't suitable for dishwasher! For anyone who is stupid like me I hope this helps (not sure if it's supposed to be ok on cookers but seems ok so far). BEST SILVER CLEANER EVER I've tried so hard to clean my silver jewellery it was black and I mean black.

Being a bit dozy I put my burners from my brand new Smeg cooker in the dishwasher. but nothing worked. I came across this stuff in Home Bargains and couldnt believe how marvellous it is. I have uploaded photos for you to see before and after
