At first it works very well, after it is downloaded there is no way to configure it and the worst thing is that the return time has passed, the doorbell comes with a factory fault that once it is downloaded there is no way to configure it, that is, it does not work anymore it's no use. Actually 09/22/2022the company responded to me for the guarantee and sent me a new device that does work, the detail is that I must be aware that the battery does not drop below 70% because if the doorbell is not completely configured, which should not happen, but doing it in this way the doorbell works perfectly thanks to morecam for its good attention and for the guarantee. This product is amazing for the price! At first after I installed I was not getting notifications I thought something was wrong with my doorbell but after going through the hole customer service and getting a return I was ready to pack it so I pressed hit door bell I pushed the door bell and held it notifications came in so I guess you got set up mode then power in use mode .

The installation was super easy, as was downloading the app and getting it set up. It's hard to see someone face when ringing doorbell, or someone at the door during the day. I'll do another review once the product is fully mounted.

Will update if anything changes. My apartment is not that big so I couldnt test the range of the doorbell ringer, but its worked well for me so far. I also bought the adjustable angle mount that helps to get views you can’t normally get if it was set straight head . I’ve included a screenshot I took of my sweet husband watering our daughter’s marigold “garden” (they’ve just begun to germinate) at right around midnight, just to show the quality of the camera.

I love it so much I bought one for my mom, as well! My favorite feature, besides being able to talk to the person at the door, would be prerecorded messages which is helpful when I step out of the house. . No facial video footage of anyone.

I bought 2 doorbells and the same thing happened with both of them, so the problem is already poor quality of the product. So far the only downside I’ve found is that after my husband and I got it mounted and fully set up, we tested it and there is a delay between the doorbell being run and the app actually connecting after you’ve tapped the green phone icon to connect with the person ringing the bell. After that I was extremely impressed with the service, quality of pictures in HD and the motion and live action was very easy to use and set up .

I have a alarm system that is monitored by police fire and ambulance but got this door bell for delivery of food and packages some times I am on the other side of my house and get called bi food delivery people and bi the time they come back my food is cold no more with this door bell. period. The camera pixels on this device is just about equal to the ring, however in my opinion I believe morecam has a sturdy quality product, I feel the ring is more fragile. The night vision is clear and it’s zoom can see a car’s plate.
