I highly recommend this and think it’s great to take camping to repair things on the go. Has made my wheelchair usable again so no having to wait a week for a part without my chair. Used it to fix my wheelchair control housing until I can get a replacement fitted. It cools really quickly so you have to plan before you start.

If you are using it on electronics, be aware of the water as you can’t wipe it before moulding as sticks for paper towel or dries too quickly. My old elephant has tusks now! I used it to fix a pair of headphones which was fiddly but happy with the result for a first time use. I used it on my motorcycle paddock stand to protect the frame from the sharp edges of the stand.

Fantastic, so easy to use and has a hundred uses. Very easy to use and a hair dryer made the perfect tool to heat and get the final shape perfect once it was in place on my wheelchair. The added bonus is that I can heat it with a hairdryer to remove so the housing can be removed when I get a new one without any damage to internal workings.

I was skeptical that this would work but am really impressed with it. Does exactly what it say on the tin, easy to use & if things don’t go quiet right, just reverse the process & start again. It melts easily in hot water but not too hot to be able to mould it with your fingers.
Works great. I did remelt it in water once and it seemed to be fine.
