I would definitely recommend. The file fit nicely in my hand. Afterwards, I rinsed the file under hot water and let it air dry. I followed the instructions and soaked my feet first before using the file and it worked so well, it got all of the hard skin off my feet, they felt so soft afterwards and it wasn’t uncomfortable to use at all.
