Box has space for drill bits and safety goggles etc. Faced with the prospect of putting up shelves, assembling flat pack furniture, and all those other dreaded DIY jobs, I wanted an easy to use multipurpose drill to make life easier.

This cordless combi drill without battery came in a case, which you must keep until you have registered it! I have never had any issues with Bosch products and this drill is no exemption. 3 kilogram which isn't too bad but can become tedious after a while.

I looked for ages before purchasing this drill. The controls to set the drill mode, torque and direction are easy to use and solidly constructed. I love the 3-year warranty they provide with the drill as it could come in handy, who knows. Go for it.

So far I have installed a loft ladder and put down loft boards and it hasn’t missed a beat. I purchased this Bosch drill shortly after moving into a new home. The light is pretty good for illuminating those dark spaces and I love the simplicity of the functions.

Comes with an additional battery and fast charger. A double-ended screwdriver bit is also included, which is very handy and takes up almost no room. I found trying to register it to extend the warranty to 3 years unnecessarily complicated: first you have to go to the correct Bosch website; then you have to find the little button to register for an account; then you have to enter the product number and registration number from the side of the drill and I needed a magnifying glass to be able to read them!
