Only big issue I have is the area above the 'fins' cannot be accessed by removing a panel and it gets very dirty. There's literally nothing I can say that's bad about this hoover. Looks very modern with the copper/orange/blue detailing.

Without a doubt the best hoover we have ever owned! Overall, a good cordless vacuum that has great suction and a great battery life. I'm overall pretty happy with this vacuum cleaner, and I've compared it to my old Dyson DC40. I say this because my old cleaner was very difficult to maneuver, and basically needed two hand steering at all times, which was exhausting going through an entire house.

Ease of use - the design and practically of this thing is off the charts. It's lightweight, but sturdy and the hair wrap feature is amazing.

I think this is to be expected, but also not something I do every time I vacuum. Shark customer service - I’ve had one slight issue (smashed a piece of plastic off, turned out to be superficial) but the shark customer service help desk were fantastic and we had it sorted immediately with no stress. . I’ve only had to switch them once.
