About this deal
I loved it' Phillipa Perry'This is a book that takes you to the dark heart of the criminal justice system. ONE MURDER. Sun: 10am-6pm When hero policeman Grant Cliveden dies from a poisoning in the Old Bailey, it threatens to shake the country to its core. 71 Balham High Road, Balham, SW12 9AP Funny, clever and kept me intrigued from start to finish''Brilliantly plotted with enough twists and turns to keep you guessing all the way to the end''The courtroom scenes and interactions are electric''It's a must read and hope there will be a sequel - loved it! The only thing that's certain is that this is a trial which will push Adam - and the justice system itself - to the limit .

Hopefully some more stories will come. This gave a great insight into what goes on behind the scenes in court cases, whilst holding on to both humour and thriller aspects. The life of a trainee is certainly not dull.

Will they be able to prove his innocence? I definitely think the ending leaves it open for potentially more stories involving Adam. You will have to read the book to find out…I enjoyed seeing the courts from trainee Barrister Adam Green’s perspective and not the usual police view.
