This prep machine is a life saver. For the complete dissolution of the forum, if those who complain read the manual, put the formula after the first shot of water in water of 70 degrees.

1. Whereas now I make the milk within few secs. Press for the first shot of water, put the desired formula and mix and press again. There is no milk dispenser.

The downside is that you have to be careful with the quantity and it's a bit hot. Yes, I suffered a few times in the summer when I was 29-30 in the room, but I solved it very quickly with a few ice cubes. Great bit of kit.
