I can say, you don't need to have anything with running to enjoy this book. . The story is happening in a "not so far away future" and yet recognizable in today's happenings. As someone, totally unaware of the "running subculture" I didn't know what to expect from this book.
Go for it, and you won't be disappointed! The story line, the writing and the atmosphere created in the story puts yourself in a philosophic state wondering if we are really heading towards this kind of society!
