Personally, between the two the performance difference is not that discernible, but the price difference definitely is so I would recommend this paste as it really is the best bang for the buck thermal paste out there. It might not look like there's a lot of thermal paste inside the product, however it lasted for my 2 pc's and there's still plenty left that i will be using in the future. My results could also be skewed because I did clean my laptop as well as reapplied thermal paste. Linking benchmarks after stress testing it for around 5 mins to get it nice and toasty.

Ok, so this was my first attempt at building my own PC. 0ghz on all cores, then a benchmark on CPU-Z where I smashed the 19-9900k's single core score and mashed every other 6 thread processor on the market, all whilst never going above 32 degrees. Didn't go above 35 degrees, and the fan was on smartmode so not even running at full capacity.

In terms of absolute best performance Thermal Grizzly is slightly better than the arctic 4, however the difference is marginal (maybe a degree or so if you get a good application), its harder to apply and you get half the amount for this price. Proof of CPU-Z 5. In addition to that, the processor started to run more stable. 0ghz first, then benchmarks, then Speccy temps.
