I am literally working my through it and we haven’t had a recipe we dislike yet! I usually buy a recipe book and if I find 3-5 recipes that appeal and are suitable then I'm lucky. I might swap out for thigh meat next time and maybe reduce amount of slow cooker time. a bonus!

No more meal planning for me. Mine is cooked in half the time. I don't always use the slow cooker, don't use his timings as his slow cooker is different from yours. I will buy this author's air fryer book next.
