There is a recipe for everyone, beginner to advanced chef. You won’t be upset with this purchase. He's a great teacher, I really want him to begin a class or course for the more serious to enroll and continue learning. The media could not be loaded.

This book, and the books "the science of cooking" and "Ratios" are wildly invaluable. He has no doubt helped me, and expanded my skills. I would rate this 6 stars if I could. This is a wonderful cookbook!
