Havn't gotten very far yet. The only thing is the publisher misprinted the book. As a mom of 3 young kids there was a lot of room for improvement over here. Now I am a nanny of a toddler, 2 1/2 years old, and a baby, Nine months old.

I was delighted when I learned that the authors are the daughters of the first book’s authors! A must have book for every Nanny, Mom, Dad, Grandma & Grandpa! It set up to go back and forth between each author.

I'm giving this book to every new parent I know. Great tools to handle and even avoid conflict and whining. When my kids, now 26 and 23 years old, were younger, I read “how to talk so kids Will listen and listen so kids will talk“. I bought the audible version of this book and after listening to it (some chapters more than once) I bought the hard copy and the app.
