). I noticed that there was black stuff accumulating on the legs that the foot pedals roll on. It has been a great machine that I have been able to use as either a warm up, end of workout pump, or a workout by itslef!

How much of a workout you get depends on your intensity/speed, the range of movement you choose, and how you vary your body's use (using arms more/less, or moving your hips up/down or keeping them still). Item arrived quickly, was carefully packaged and was fairly easy to put together with only a few pieces to assemble. Then I went out to the shop and grabbed an actual wrench and ratchet and tighted the bolts down nice and snug.

I have had this just over 2 years. Looking at higher end models immediately jumped the price to over $1000. Wiping this off and applying a silicone spray (as I did once in a great while) did not help.

. 3000 may not seem like a lot but keep in mind it is almost a full body workout for however long you decide to go and only 10 minutes burns 100 calories easily (per built in counter and my Garmin watch). Recently I notice it was not as smooth and it was like the foot pedals were rubbing instead of rolling/sliding.

I will give an honest update in time. I contacted MaxiClimber directly by email and they are alleviating the situation by sending me a new wheel. It is unfortunate because this is a good workout that I could actually make a habit of and eventually lose the weight that I want to, but the wheels will not last and therefore the machine will not last. It runs smooth, you can adjust it for your height and it gives a good workout.
