• Don't take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
• Note: These directions are intended for adults and children over 12 years old only.
• (Note: Always consult the leaflet or healthcare professional for full instructions and do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Ensure there is at least 4 hours gap between each dose.
• Repeat the process every 4 - 6 hours if necessary, but do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
• Fill with boiling water up to the 200 ml mark, or approximately 3/4 full.
• Allow the drink to cool down to a safe, drinkable temperature.
• Repeat every 4-6 hours as necessary.
• Drink the entire contents of the cup.
