She then found the reason for the problem, talked me through it staying o the line until it was fixed. Never been so excited to rush to the kitchen to get the first black drips from the spout! Trust the name to be repairable into the future.

We had a symbol display that was not on the app. Received our coffee machine today and the first cups it produced were excellent. Easy to operate, quieter than expected & just brilliant.

The machine does clean itself however every so often you are prompted to go through the process of changing a filter, cleaning tablet or descaling it. You can download an app which takes you through each step of cleaning and descaling. Whilst this may sound tedious it is quite simple. Sleek looking, top warming tray, clear lexan plastic beans lid.

Easy, understandable controls and black display with red indicators. Today we had to descaling the machine. Water filter sold separately screws in tight, very solid system. I called the helpline and within less than a minute someone answered.
