You can see the before and after photo. Fixed my form. If you care about posture, flexibility, reducing injuries and form and are into all things fitness. But there are pages within the book that refer to the missing pages and those are the pages I wanted to look at.

I just received this book and went to work researching and soon found a whole section missing and two partial sections missing; sections A1, A2 and A3; pages 289 to 320. I always advise getting professional guidance in the form of a PT if you gave any fitness goal to achieve, but this book will give you alot of pointers to help you also
