I also wish there was a setting that allowed the stars to stick in one position as they are constantly changing and rotating through brightnesses. I'm hoping she will like the projections as much as I did!

This probably won't affect most people as it's like white noise, and really not too bad, but if you are like me and get highly irritated by any sound, especially when trying to relax. It also can be quite noisy, hearing the mechanics inside turning.

There is a timer, but the shortest time is one hour, I think the option of a shorter time would have been an advantage. This projector is great and the egg shape that allows for the angles to change is incredibly useful and really makes this product stand out against the others I’ve seen. You can change the colour of it when it with the top on. I am still pleased I went with this product as my daughter will love that it looks like a Dragon egg.

Straight out of the box I loved it, the egg shaped unit sits in a matching base that allows the 'egg' to be tilted at any required angle. The effects are similar as other quality ones on the market but the main difference here is in the inspired egg shape.

I especially liked the look of it when it is red (as it looks like lava). Bought this as a gift for my 8 year old daughter. It's just another thing to be mindful off depending on what you are purchasing it for.

I would not hesitate to buy this again, however there are some things I feel could have been improved. Setting it up was very easy and the remote (requires batteries) and was easy to use.

So in essence you have a colour projector, the patterns of which swirl in differing directions that can be mixed, the movement speeded up or slowed down to a stop and green highly luminous laser dots. But as I said above, I would recommend, friends have seen it and have got themselves one now.
