I didn’t do anything else special this month other than take these pills and eat a couple of Brazil nuts each day! Nothing followed by more nothing followed by more nothing and so on. Would 100% recommend these to anyone struggling or left disappointed with negative results. I wish I took them earlier.

😍🌟 Of course I did manage to improve this in spades when I threw out the birth control pills that the doctor said was my only option at the time. I purchased these for me and my partner I was taking the conceive plus fertility support and my partner the men’s fertility and motility support wasn’t sure or convinced if they would actually work!
