When I discovered Dr Myers I was thrilled and enraged at the same time. If you want to brave thyroid issues on your own she lists discounted resources for tests you can retrieve and complete on your own.

Dr Myers' books never disappoint. Myers I can say first hand that her approach to thyroid dysfunction really works and this book is easy to read and filled with helpful information to help you on your journey! You can choose help with your doctor and information listed in the book, or if you're like me, you can trust your intuition and go with the diet, environment changes, supplements suggested on your own. Lots of information on healing, recipes, etc.

I have Hashimoto's and autoimmune symptoms and just started the 30 day plan from the book. Just started reading this morning and I already can't put it down! I even asked the doctors if maybe my diet was the problem. I have bought many books about autoimmune diseases and Hashimoto's, this one is my favorite so far.
