Product came as described, easy to handle, has two vibration settings, one continuous vibration and the second is pulsations. Does exactly what it says, my scalp has never felt so clean, wish I bought this year's ago Don't know yet about durability as I've just got it. I ordered this product on Saturday and chose 1 day delivery it came today well before the time it claimed witch is a big plus!

The media could not be loaded. Came with instructions and even a screwdriver would have been nice however if it came with a battery/batteries since there is only one required but very good overall 100% recommend it. The rubber is flexible which will be good for getting around in the scalp.

I does feel nice and relaxing after use. Such a great product I use it everyday and find my hair fall is reduced and I get less headaches then I used too.

The product came battery’s very happy with it overall I am using it every day while working on my laptop for a few minutes. This scalp massager seems to work well it’s a pretty simple product for a good price too there are big brands out there for 2-3 times the price but trust me there’s no difference apart from the name brand the teeth are soft but firm and are made of rubber it’s easy to remove the brush head and clean it’s simple to set up and replace batteries with the added bonus of a mini screw driver provided too it takes one AA battery (not included) and it’s water proof BUT can’t be submerged it’s easy and comfortable to hold and just one button to press press it once and it vibrates continuously and press it again and it pulsates the third press turns it off completely it claims it helps with hair growth but nothing as of yet and I find it unlikely but overall for the small price of £10 I really can’t complain one other thing you get a small card inside claiming if you email a provided email address stated on the card you will receive a amazon £10 gift card from the company but I’m waiting to see if this happens as then the item will actually be free which seems a bold claim but I will update if this happens and how when I receive a reply I do highly recommend this product though great price and product overall UPDATE! Packaging is very well presented and neat, came on time so that was impressive.

Easy to hold and very gentle with the scalp. I have been using this for over a month now and I have noticed a few baby hair . It’s a great massager. LOVE it.

Very strong vibrating. I haven't used it yet but I know it will be amazing! They did supply me with a £10 amazon gift card by email and I’ve now redeemed it so a great product and great service too I highly recommend !
