I haven't had any antibiotics as I didn't have any episode of UTI or BV and Thrush since I started taking this along with local application of fresh yoghurt intravaginally. The proof for me is in the pudding because I recently had to have two courses of antibiotics for recurrent tonsillitis and I could tell that things weren’t right because my bowel habits were upset.

However, they do seem to slip down easily for me, when I take them with water. I usually buy one particular brand which is in a similar packaging (I got used to those and I didn't feel like experimenting) but I never liked that those capsules were so tiny.
