Amelia Fang is just adorable – quirky, kind-hearted and the best friend ever! My daughter loved the illustrations especially the ones of Squashy, she desperately wants her own pet pumpkin now (a dog and a hamster clearly aren't enough pets for one girl). I dont want to eat worms! The story.

The book offers an alternative reality where creatures of the light (fairy's and kittens) are mean and creatures of the night (vampire's and grim reapers) are nice. The book is recommended for readers aged 7-10 but, this book could definitely be enjoyed by the whole family. The writing is on an eight-year-old to 10-year-old the illustrations in the book make it really interesting for elementary aged children. This book follows them on their very first Fang-tabulous adventure.

It's a fun story which is engaging throughout. Amelia tries her best to be friendly, until he insults one her friends, Florence, who is definitely NOT a beast, and takes her beloved pet pumpkin, Squashy. He’s much smaller than she expected, and much nastier.

"My daughter and I would love to read more story's about Amelia and her friends in the future and we would highly recommend this book to everyone with young children. He has a superiority complex and is a spoilt brat, used to getting his own way, and being waited on hand and foot by his Mummy Maids. The edition I received has the first two books cover to cover which was a cool feature.

The stories are adorable&nice, and kept my little one's attention. My daughter had the following things to say about this book:"It was so funny when Prince Tangine got covered in goblin-slime"'I liked the picture of the unicorn tree'"Can I have a pet Squashy, please? The art. 5 stars!

Until she meets Prince Tagine who has enrolled in her “inferior little school”. But, most importantly, it shows children that they shouldn't be afraid of people who are different from them. When I got it I was pleasently surprised it was two books in one. They both medium length books in oppinion.
