This is already one of my favourite cookbooks and I've only had it a week! . Can't wait to try it tomorrow. It costs a bit to get all of the ingredients, but getting the larger containers means theres a large supply for meals.

One thing I would say is it’s not healthy. It's so simple to follow Kwoklyn's recipes.

Still many many recipes to try but I’m super impressed with these so far! An excellent introduction into his and his family's life and interest into the family's restaurant. This book is a must if you love Chinese Food and cooking, it's so easy to follow. The media could not be loaded.

Says you can bamboo steam rice be good to try. We made the crispy pepper chicken with vegetable chow mein tonight (pictured) and it was fantastic! They are not complicated unlike many of my other Chinese recipe books. It smells divine.
