The biostrip is a white viscous liquid. To clear any doubt, this product will strip paint, but not to the same degree a more aggressive, less eco product would. The first layer peeled off after leave on over night this paint was an outdoor paint for doors and metal work.

Simple. Probably best to wait at least 20-25 min before scrapping the old paint off. Opted for a paint stripper as sandpaper would only clog, and this particular one because mother has breathing issues - there isn't really an odour but there is tiny hint of something.

Applied it as directed and it worked immediately. on vertical surface. Applied thickly over v old painted and paint splashed floorboards and skirtings before sanding.

So easy to use. For clarity - I only use biostrip exclusively to remove paint from old metal toy soldiers, and for that purpose it’s very effective.

On the radiator and window board this product did nothing, even though it would have been the exact same paint from the exact same tin, and so because of this, it has now probably caused more problems as i have a combination a problematic paint combined with this stripper. The layers underneath appear to bubble but still need scrapping. In terms of odour it did seem to have a very subtle odour when it was first opened but I used it in an unventilated room and had no issues with smell.
