So only use it in a well ventilated place or you will feel light headed quite quickly. I find it strange that they do not show it in the product image, or mention it anywhere in the product description or the " box contains" section.
Shelf Life
Used this (slightly diluted) with drill mounted brushes and the results were quick and impressive. Surgical Spirit can have a drying effect on the skin (when practicing karate in my youth I used it to harden skin on my feet, and knuckles, and to harden skin on my feet where I was prone to blisters when hiking while at school).

It might simply be a sign of the times, but generally I find that local dispensing chemists/pharmacists immediately suspect that you are a substance abuser or potential substance abuser, if you ask to buy pure alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol of this purity can be quite irritating to the skin, so I would recommend to do what you can to minimise contact with your skin, perhaps even wearing gloves. Soap and water (and even acetone) wasn't doing the job, so I tried this and the gunk came off the bottles almost straight away.
