There are no hard-to-source ingredients or complicated techniques yet you will end up with unique and delicious dishes you will want to cook again. It was a huge favorite with the group. But it was delicous.

The meatballs in tomato sauce with burrata alone is worth the price. I didn't show the polent, pistachio, and honey cake because the pictures just were really not great. Not strictly true - this ‘pantry’ book uses lots and lots of fresh ingredients so the concept is flawed somewhat.
Some of the recipes you just want to eat straight away like the seafood pastas the cakes and the granita. However, there are some seriously tasty dishes in here. That is not usually the case.
