It has to be the best slow cooker book I've ever bought! Has everything from soups to desserts, each meat section is packed full of lovely recipes, there's a vegetarian section, a chutney and compote section and each recipe has health tips and also another ingredient you can swap out for another to make it less calories or gluten free!
i. ! . making enough spaghetti Bolognese to then turn into lasagne so it's money saving as well!
I've put a few pictures up so you can see the lay out etc of the book. Amazing cook book! No pictures but that doesn't bother me.
e. In the front it tells you about healthy eating, myths and vitamins etc which is also really helpful. No out there meals wanting truffle as an ingredient! There's no expensive ingredients you'll only use once either.
I've uploaded each picture into my FB group fibro and weightloss support and the members think it's great too! I love the section on two for one meals. Well worth the money and highly recommended
