I bought them to make a chocolate Forrest cake and it was amazing. Fabri have a more marked taste and are slightly softer on the palate, more macerated. Toschi have a less intense taste and when biting they keep some snapping, very light, more whole.

! I recommend trying both in a small pot (very nice by the way) and then buy them in large size (cheaper) to refill. An excellent product in value for money. I remember them for my first job as a cook.
