I have installed and used a wall mounted monitor arm (see pictures provided). If you don't care so much about colour-accuracy, a true 10-bit panel, or 3 year warranty, then I would highly recommend the P3421w which I use at work. I had two simple requirements:1.

SummaryIf you're a professional photographer and want a flawless panel, I would look at more expensive options. I checked, double and triple checked, flawless out of the box. Anyway, the number of times I would have to unplug, replug, reboot, reset the docking station, mulitple times a week just to get my work laptop running with an external monitor via USB-C was simply infuriating (understatement).

Three year warranty which is somewhat reassuring vs. Panel uniformity is overall excellent, HOWEVER, my monitor has a slightly darkened edge along the top of the screen (see photo), which is not caused by the IPS panel but I believe may be the anti-glare screen's glue.
There are minor defects on the edge of the screen outside the pixel area where it looks like the anti-glare screen is peeling off, and there are two dots where it seems glue is missing on either side of the screen (see photo). So with a 10 year old monitor, a hopeless docking station, and having used Dell P3421w screens at the office, I decided it was time to upgrade my home setup. Which happens, well, never. Let me start with the cons:1.
