Their chemistry was pure fire! I think it is possibly my favourite from the series so far.

Rather than following Feyre, we are now following her eldest sister Nesta. I have been utterly spellbound with these books, the characters and have loved being on their world. This is the 5th book in the ACOTAR series. I did have a few criticisms that I jotted down whilst reading.

I am sad I’ve finished. I also felt that all the good work that had gone into making Elain’s character more interesting and relatable in the previous book, had gone out of the window. “I’ve needed you from the moment I first met you. I love her dark side.

For either of us. The wait for this book was excruciating! I loved Cassian too but for me this story was Nesta’s story.

“I’m so excited to for the next story. I had such high expectations for it and didn’t want to be disappointed.

Just because that style of intervention would not apply to every circumstance in the ‘real world,’bmeans nothing. Nesta’s journey was raw and and brutal in so many ways.

The side that others didn’t understand. Let me say it with my chest: I loved the steam in this book! I could hardly wait for Nesta and Cassian’s story but I as much as I wanted to devour this book I just didn’t want it to end; so I savoured each part for as long as I could. Their journey as a unit bought me so much happiness!
