sciatic. Reduced my back pain after a few minutes usage once a day within a week . Excellent product very comfertable in use I always exercise and walk a lot because I am a doctor and I also like exercise but there was a time when I couldn't walk with so much pain that I had in my sciatic leg that it was still with my back that it hurt but with this at the time that I step 5 or 10 minutes the pain disappears from my entire body, sciatica and back.
