I’ve never made royal icing before but found a well reviewed recipe that called for merengue powder. Bought this for a meringue pie recipe, I’m glad I did! Easy to use, great flavor, and so much fun! I highly recommend this for all your icing needs!

I’ve never used meringue powder for icing before but I decided to give it a try for my Christmas cookies this year. The icing was perfect and the cookies came out great!

I’ve yet to be disappointed by Wilton, and the size was a good fit for my needs. First time making royal icing flowers and it turned out great! I used this meringue powder to make empress icing for flood decorating cookies I was making for my grandson’s birthday party. Although, it did take a while to dry.

This is kinda the flagship in setting powder. I love it! Use this if you want easy and perfect royal icing

I didn’t need very much of it for the recipe I used so even though this little container doesn’t seem like much, it should last you a while. I always know what I'm getting. I use it in my royals and also in my buttercreams.

I am a beginner with royal icing, but followed the instructions using this meringue powder and it turned out perfectly. There's probably cheaper products, but this one is never a gamble. Just throw in a few tablespoons of this and the frosting is exactly how I want.
