. I was not even using it when it happened. As with the Meta Quest 2, the quality is high-quality and adapted to the design.

This is a good strap - but I found the cupping straps at the back to be a bit hard and they did cause discomfort. This is at least with the Meta Quest 2.

Thanks to the better weight distribution, the weight is evenly distributed over the entire head and does not pull on the front area as before. It is a Type C to Type C cable but most pcs have a dedicated type on the back.
