It was badly chipped and rusty at the bottom bars going across. Paint was used for painting motorcycle forks.

Having made some brackets for my motorcycle out of mild steel, I needed to coat them to prevent rust. Although I can't vouch for how long it will last, I'm so impressed with the outcome. The colour does come through after a few coats
