It is a bit quieter too. Easily fit in with a regular SATA power + data cable and works as expected on LZ4. If existing data overlaps the space you want to reuse, this can mean delays in writing the new data. I have used usb c enclosure for this hdd and it works perfectly.

With PMR data is written to and read from circular tracks on a spinning platter. Other than that, currently price per GB is good. 6TB and split the Drive partitons to 2x 1.

Shipping is horrible for bare drives! The downside occurs when data is deleted and that space is reused. Great reliable drive.

Speedy Gonzales

Speed is decent as advertised and total capacity was 1. I wish that all delivery services would be as quick as amazon.
