This should be treated as a part of a wider protocol, where Zen Patch is one of lifestyle recommendations. I use essential oils myself, although it's difficult to use at home safe amount of essential oils for a child. Therefore I love the fact that Zen Patch did it for me. You need to know that if you'll eat junk food, lots of sugar, generally not looking after you body and you'll be hoping that aromatherapy will do all the job for you, you're wrong.

I saw some negative feedback here. Decided to try this with my adhd kids and it really helps calm them especially when it's time to settle in at bedtime.

Love those aromatherapy patches. I love the design, they don't leave glue on garments.
