It is still within the 12 months guarantee period. You also have a choice of other temperatures which is the perfect option for green teas and coffee. My only advice, there's five of us so I probably should have got the 5lt one so I wouldn't have to refill as often but other than that I'm delighted. Absolutely love this product, keeps warm only fill once a day and permanent hot water

I don’t think it will cause a leak, but I am concerned. I have shoulder problems and slight arthritis in my hands and find it so much easier to use than a kettle.

No need to keep boiling a kettle. As far as convenience, its great, but it COULD look a little better, and although its very light and movable, it seems slightly cheaply made.

Saying that, I have had no problems with it so far. Hot water 💧 always on tap.

I rely on having access to hot water, I haven’t had to use a kettle for about four years now. My youngest is 10 and he can now make his own hot drinks. Works but quality a bit lacking.
