Why is this word so hateful when all it means is "to control your time" . OH MY GOD ! Eating and sleeping are the 2 most important things in a baby's life , get it right and you will have a strog foundation to build their education.

This is such a nonsense and no where in the book you will find this! Insightful.

And just to tell you, she NEVER cried when we started the routine ! My baby sleeps 7 till 7 and 2,5 hours during the day. Please read the book and read her book with sleeping problems where she explains the psychology of sleep and you will understand how important sleep is especially for babies!
