Tastes great with water, I put in a banana and spoon of peanut butter3. Overall good stuff 🖖🏽👍🏽 will update after a month , can't waite to see some results of this 🏋🏽💪🏽 worth the price The price is good if your not savvy with this stuff but you will need 2 tubs to last you a month

I don’t easily increase in weight but this helped (with training) Again the powder was very soluble in milk and required a quick 20 second blast with the stick blender to mix it up.

I'm just using this to put weight on, I currently am 6'2 and weigh in at 10st, so I look pretty thin all the time. So if ever I’m in a rush but need a quick boost of calories, one shake contains 1250 calories so it is amazing.

I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a great tasting, great quality, high calorie, effective and great value for money protein shakes. You really need to blend this as it doesn't mix well in a shaker but if you don't mind some small lumps after your session then dont worrie4. Looked pack properly and sealed but I can’t see any barcode sticker or silver sticker on lid to know if’s original or fake. So I'll be sticking with this powder for the foreseeable.
