I think this helps with electrolytes and vitamins replenishment however I am no doctor. I hope this helps. I purchased this on a recommendation of a family member and can say that it has helped her recovery and she is feeling a lot better after 1 week. It’s good for when you feel rundown give me lots of energy would recommend.

After having the covid 19 vaccine, my mother got quite a few of the side effects like headache, aching muscles and mild fever ( these did subside after approx 48 hours) however they left her feeling weak. All in all mum is feeling better. .
