Tastes like sugar but obviously the healthier alternative and perfect for the keto diet I am doing as well. We have sprinkled this on cereals and fruit and it works exactly as expected, the taste is nice and sweet, but it is a little different to sugar, the only word I can use to describe it is ‘chemically’ but I think it is more the artificial sweetness as opposed to being due to chemicals. Good for baking, cooking, cakes, cookies, yoghurts, coffee as well, but we drink bitter coffee.

Tastes great, no sideeffects( so far). It's the only thing hampering my weight loss efforts. After doing a bit of research I came across this product. After reading all the great reviews I decided to take the plunge and try it.
