The best part for me is the recipes, delicious and exquisite combinations for breakfast that I never thought before. I’ve lost weight without trying, am eating foods that leave me feeling full and am sure my next hb1ac test will have improved. Feeling a bit let down by condition. There are wear signs and soak traits.

I know you can get the hacks from her podcasts for free, but I think you would have a lot of work trying to figure out how to cook and combine ingredients, and this book gives you them all. It looks like it was used or handled poorly. Arrived a bit dog eared and dirty and a couple of pages lightly stuck together.

Not sure whether it’s to do with how it was stored, how it was delivered, or whether it was a previous return. I'm following the hacks and already lost a bit of weight, feel less hungry or cravings, without need to cut off foods I like. Everyday I try a different breakfast. Not great for a vegetarian/vegan (Jessie is not, so her recipes follow her tastes) but you can adapt it using a bit of creativity.

Brilliant book. Great content. Armed with easy-to-understand science, inspirational, charged with very creative recipes and most of all, genuine interest in getting us on good health track. Jessie has absolutely nailed how to steady our blood sugar and improve our health in this clever, funny, colourful and simple book.
