If there had been a second brush head and an adapter I would have easily given this a full 5 star review. The colour on the toothbrush also changes, too hard and the ring lights up red, green for good and pink for too soft.

I saw on one of the leaflets that there is a second style of head that can be used with this toothbrush and it is a gentle care head. There's nothing else to say: this is the ultimate toothbrush.

The packaging starts the quality expatiation on first sight, you know this is something very different, that quality feel is carried through in the literature which give a through explanation of the features and use of the toothbrush. Update: battery failed at 3 years and 1 month without any warning, so on par with Philips but the brushes were significantly more expensive, it was annoying that it failed suddenly but I still think it is an excellent toothbrush, the cost has come down from just over £400 to £168 which again is on par with Philips so I have not taken a star away for only lasting 3 years.

The toothbrush does pair with your phone smoothly and the app is really simple to use and bundle a gamification system that encourages you to be healthy with your teeth :)The pressure detector works really well, the three different lights: green (ok), red (too much pressure) and blue (too low pressure) help you get the correct cleaning on all parts of your mouth. The app has many features, dental care journeys which you set up and follow over a period of time, dental tracking so while using the toothbrush you can follow your movements on your phone screen and see where you are missing parts of your mouth, although this was a bit of hit and miss sometimes it would think my brush was on a different area of the mouth than it actually was but I found if you keep your mouth wide open it resolved this, History logging, challenges, when to replace your brush head, it links to Apple Health app….

I would definitely recommend it, and make sure you have an adapter at the time of ordering. You can choose from gum care, daily clean, sensitive, tongue cleaning and a few other variations. It is an excellent brush and does far more than I expected. Recommended purchase for sure!

The toothbrush had 50% charge on it so I didn't need to charge it before using it. For the price I would have expected at least 3 brush heads and the travel adaptor pouch. The app is easy to use and has a few different functions and shows if you are brushing too hard or not hard enough.

The display is colour and each to follow and has nice touches. The app is a great addition, no trouble to load, connect or to use, great idea well executed.
