I wouldn't say it's any good as a detangling treatment but hopefully will stop the knots from forming. I have tried lots of different products and lots of different brands but 🤞🏻this is going to help to moisturize her hair. When the hair dries then it dries, although curls/frizz are then left more defined and easier to manage.

If you want the hair to remain moist, then choose another product. This product will soften & moisturise 4A/or any type of mixed race hair. Really happy as I'd tried the lotion previously and wasnt the best. Only used it once and am going to order a few more tubs while it's on a good deal.

I switched from cantu to shea moisture products for my sons hair, I’ve noticed a huge difference straight away, it doesnt dry out his hair like cantu did. Perfect for every day use. arrived sooner than expected, lovely scent, was applied liberally to sectioned washed damp 4A hair which was then sectioned into 4 and plaited until tomorrow morning. Stay tuned : )Ok, day 2.
