The not great:The control is cheap and has a sharp edge to it where the battery door slides into the remote. And I have SD card inserted but the 4k max doesn't seen to utilise this storage, I keep getting error messages saying to delete apps when I don't really have many apps installed Therefore no setting up (apart from signing in to catch up players etc) There is a wealth of content, including loads of free stuff.

) you definitely see a lot of improvement. Performance wise, the FireStick 4K Max is excellent and runs like a charm. It isn’t as intuitive as it could be, and everything pushes to you to Amazon stuff.
So far done nothing at all.
NOTE, just because it’s the 4K version doesn’t mean you have to watch everything in 4K, you can watch programs recorded in 4K if you want but you can watch in normal TV streaming viewing. The search doesn't always list all the results it should. It's Alexa focused, so instead of just being able to fill search forms with the microphone, it fires up Alexa search separately. Hotel Wi-Fi is notoriously bad so just be aware of that.

I hope you have found this helpful! Please not the 4K max uses greater power to run it and a standard USB port does not give enough power. The problem is, even though our device has more than 8 apps that stream channels, only three apps populate the grid.

I'm sure the expectation is that people would upgrade to the premium remote because the included one is pretty bad. This, of course, is an issue with both the apps and Fire TV, but if it couldn't be implemented easily perhaps it shouldn't have been included.
