Moving on to the machine, the first impression when opening the package is excellent, both for the extremely compact size of the object (especially in width), and for the quality of the construction materials, and for the beautiful finishes. To me it happened that the coffee dispenser became completely clogged then I had two choices: the first the service center, the second proceed by me to disassemble the machine (:D). I absolutely love this coffee machine.

For the cappuccinatore spout, ATTENTION, there is a black stick on the inside of the machine that goes EXTRACTED and only then you can pull out the spout cappuccinatore. This filter has microholes and I assure you that after a year or two they will encrost. You have to get the hang of it as you like.

Now about my ETAM - it looks superb, is super slim, makes proper fantastic coffee ( plenty of crema ! ) and basically completely looks after itself - pre and post rinsing cleaning cycles when making a coffee, it tells you when the beans or water is low and if the coffee grounds bin or drip tray is full, even when it needs descaling based on how hard your water is ! At this point I open the instruction booklet and, after 5 minutes of reading, I can figure out how to set the controls to finally make my coffee. If you notice, during the preparation of coffee the machine after grinding the grains emits a short water supply noise and then a prolonged one that corresponds to the leakage of the juice.

I am still looking for the “perfect” coffee beans but this is a question of taste. After almost a month of using the machine, I move on to its review. SECOND SOLUTION (MECHANICAL CLEANING)The mechanovarfly unfortunately is not only plastic material or better if disassembled inside has various contrast springs. The ignition times (preheating and rinsing) are really very fast.

The designers perhaps avoided circulating the descaling product here because maybe it is directly affected by the passage of coffee and therefore more critical to rinse or because it is essentially of plastic material and therefore more resistant to limescale deposits. With a minimum of care, it is possible to obtain a really excellent cappuccino, in my opinion comparable to that of the bar! I had to order 2 because the first one had a faulty water tank and filter, but this one works perfectly.
